It happens occasionally on cards with unusual fonts or layouts. You can edit the contact directly in Google Contacts after it's saved — same as any other contact.
It depends on your organisation's settings. Some companies restrict third-party apps on their Google Workspace accounts. If you see a message saying the app is blocked, check with your IT team — or simply sign up with a personal Gmail address instead.
Yes — anything with a browser. Contacts go to Google Contacts, which iPhone can sync from in Settings → Contacts → Accounts → Google. After that, every scan appears on your iPhone automatically.
